The Course
Rated as one of the best on the New South Wales South Coast, this 18 hole, par 72 Championship Course has hosted many professional and amateur tournaments.

A challenge to any golfer the course features a blend of tree lined fairways, and strategically placed water carries….you’ll be surprised what lies on the next hole.

The first hole sets up as a dogleg to the left with fairway bunkers on the left hand side of the fairway. The large elevated green is protected by 3 bunkers however a good appoach will ensure a great start to your round. This a fair opening hole eases the golfer into their round, tip - dont be to long on the approach as behind the green and right is out of bounds.

The second hole sets up as a right to left dogleg. This hole features water in play on the left for the first half of the hole while the second half is heavily wooded on both sides. A strong tee shot over the mound in the middle of the fairway, will open up the approach to a small narrow green.

The third hole on first appearance seems rather straight forward however first appearances can be deceptive. This mid length par three is a real test of your shot making ability. The green that was redisigned in 2008, is well protected by bunkers on both sides, add to this the narrowness of the green and an accurate tee shot is essential to make par.

This long straight par 4 starts narrow and opens up to a wide fairway. Trees line the left side of the fairway while the right side is thick native bush. A solid driver and long iron will position you on the open elevated green.

Drive of the elevated Tee over a small water hazard onto this long tree lined fairway that bends around to the left. Once around the bend it is a straight shot onto the green that has a few small well positioned bunkers to ensure your approach stays on line.

Hole 6 - New Green December 2009

Trees and thick bush line this hole that doglegs around to the left. Once around the bend the fairway is heavily bunkered down the left with another bunker in front of the green. The only safe approach is from the right unless you’re willing to take on the front bunker and stop before rolling off the back of the green.

A narrow par 4 lined with trees and bush opening up to a wide fairway leaving a good approach to the green that is protected on all sides by bunkers. A straight drive should allow a accurate iron shot to the green. This hole offers all golfers a great opportunity to par or even birdie. Long drivers can have a go at the green over the trees but there are several bunkers ready to catch any short balls

This short par 3 has large bunkers on either side of the medium size green. If the pin is near the front of the green it will definitely test your ability to clear the bunkers and stop the ball before it rolls over the back.

Long tree lined par 5 that leads back to the clubhouse. With only a slight bend to the right this hole gives the big hitters the opportunity to see how far they can drive. The green is flat with one small bunker on the left hand side and a water hazard behind and to the right for those who overhit.

The narrow tee opens up to a wide fairway for your second shot that bends around to the left. The green is set back and surrounded by trees, thick rough and a bunker that protects the right hand side.

Tree lined fairway the doglegs left to right to an elevated green. A good drive will ensure an open approach to the green ensuring your approach to the green will stay away from the bunkers on both side. The green slopes down towards the front ensuring your ability to read the green is tested.

Straight par 3 that is tree lined on both sides of the fairway. The narrow green is set back into thick native bush and has bunkers on either side. A good approach shot will set the player up for par.

Heading back to the clubhouse this hole doglegs left to right. The fairway has water down the right and is heavily tree lined down the left side. A long drive will allow a good approach shot at the green that slopes towards the front and has bunkers on either side.

The longest hole on the course for the big drivers. Tee off over a water hazard, the long fairway has water down the right and trees down the left. The large two tiered green is well protected by bunkers and water making an accurate approach essential for a good score on this hole.

This difficult par 3 is narrow with water on both sides and a small tree 50 meters in front of the green. The green has two large bunkers protecting the front and either side. One of the most beautiful and challenging holes on the course.

This hole is a nice short par 4 with water all the way down the right side. An iron from the tee going around the lake will definitely position you for a par, long drivers can take on the water and heavily bunkered green for a birdy opportunity.

From the tee what appears to be a straight forward hole opens up to multiple hazards once the fairway bends to the left. The fairway and green have water to the left and front while bunkers protect the large green on the right. One of the most challenging holes on the course that will test the best.

Long tree lined par 5 heading back to the clubhouse is a lot longer than it appears if a Northerly wind is blowing. The narrow tee opens up to a wide fairway that has a slight bend to the right then left around a lake. The sloping green has bunkers behind and a lake in front, good approaches are rewarded while poor one get wet or 3 put. The 19th only 25 meters away.
